- Eligibility
Refunds or exchanges are only applicable in case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product (e.g., laptop, accessory, or gadget).
Requests for product replacements (such as different colors or models) will be entertained only if stock is available. - Conditions
The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories intact.
Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Process
Customers must contact us via WhatsApp or email with proof (pictures/video) of the issue.
Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense.
Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7 working days.
- Refund Method
Refunds are usually provided as store credit or product replacement. In special cases, a cash refund may be issued to the customer’s bank account.
